Ingredients:

Tips:
- For a crispier skin, double-fry the shrimp. First fry them for 3-4 minutes per side, then remove them from the oil and let them drain on paper towels before frying again for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve with a dipping sauce, such as aioli, sriracha, or lemon-butter sauce.
- Serve with a side of steamed broccoli or asparagus.
