如何制作花蛤煮?
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of clams, cleaned and sorted
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of dried oregano
- 1 tsp of dried basil
- 1 tsp of black peppercorns
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tbsp of chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp of chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp of chopped green onions
Instructions:
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the clams and cook for 10 minutes, or until they open.
- Remove the clams from the water and transfer them to a bowl.
- Add the onion, garlic, olive oil, oregano, basil, black peppercorns, salt, parsley, cilantro, and green onions to a large pot.
- Add the clams back to the pot and cook for 5 minutes, or until heated through.
- Serve immediately.
Tips:
- For a richer dish, use a combination of different types of clams, such as cherrystones, razor clams, and mussels.
- You can also add other vegetables to the dish, such as carrots, celery, or potatoes.
- Serve with crusty bread to soak up the delicious broth.
