如何制作花蛤煮?

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of clams, cleaned and sorted
  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 tsp of black peppercorns
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp of chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp of chopped green onions

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the clams and cook for 10 minutes, or until they open.
  2. Remove the clams from the water and transfer them to a bowl.
  3. Add the onion, garlic, olive oil, oregano, basil, black peppercorns, salt, parsley, cilantro, and green onions to a large pot.
  4. Add the clams back to the pot and cook for 5 minutes, or until heated through.
  5. Serve immediately.

Tips:

  • For a richer dish, use a combination of different types of clams, such as cherrystones, razor clams, and mussels.
  • You can also add other vegetables to the dish, such as carrots, celery, or potatoes.
  • Serve with crusty bread to soak up the delicious broth.
