如何用东北大米做粥?
Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg (3.3 lbs) of Northeast rice (大米)
- 1.5 L (5 cups) of water
- 1/2 tsp (5 ml) of salt
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) of cooking oil
Instructions:
- Wash and soak the rice for 30 minutes.
- Add the rice, water, salt, and cooking oil to a pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour, or until the rice is tender and all the water has been absorbed.
- Season with salt to taste.
