Ingredients:

- Add the onion, garlic, and ginger to the pot and cook for 5 minutes, or until softened.
- Add the green onions, cilantro, and chili peppers (if using) to the pot and cook for 1 minute, or until heated through.
- Serve over rice and garnish with cilantro.
