Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions

Instructions:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the pork slices and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Add the light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper to the pot.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes, or until the pork is tender and the sauce has thickened.
  5. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger to the pot and cook for 5 minutes, or until softened.
  6. Add the green onions, cilantro, and chili peppers (if using) to the pot and cook for 1 minute, or until heated through.
  7. Serve over rice and garnish with cilantro.
