如何制作豆腐汤?
Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg (3.3 lbs) of soybeans, peeled and cubed
- 1.5 L (3.3 cups) of water
- 1 tsp (5 ml) of salt
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) of vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1 tsp (5 ml) of black peppercorns
- 1 tsp (5 ml) of ground white pepper
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) of chopped fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) of chopped fresh garlic
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) of chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
- Rinse the soybeans thoroughly and soak them in water for 30 minutes.
- Drain the soybeans and add them to a large pot with the water, salt, vegetable oil, onion, carrot, celery, black peppercorns, white pepper, ginger, garlic, and cilantro.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour, or until the soybeans are tender and the broth is absorbed.
- Season to taste with salt, black pepper, and white pepper.
- Serve hot with a side of crusty bread.
Tips:
- For a richer soup, use more soybeans or add other vegetables, such as mushrooms or spinach.
- You can also add a bay leaf to the pot for extra flavor.
