如何煮螺CONTENIDO粉?
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of clams, cleaned and sorted
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 3 celery stalks, diced
- 1 litre of water
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of dried oregano
- 1 tsp of dried thyme
- 1 tsp of black peppercorns
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
Instructions:
- In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the clams and cook for 10 minutes, or until they are opened.
- Remove the clams from the water and set aside.
- Add the onion, carrots, celery, olive oil, oregano, thyme, black peppercorns, salt, and black pepper to a large pan or Dutch oven. Sauté for 10 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the clams back to the pot and cook for 5 minutes, or until heated through.
- Serve hot with crusty bread.
Tips:
- For a richer dish, add 1 tbsp of chopped parsley or basil to the pan during the sautéing process.
- You can also add other vegetables, such as potatoes or mussels.
- Serve with a side of crusty bread, a green salad, or a slice of crusty bread.
Variations:
- Spicy version: Add 1 tsp of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to the pan during the sautéing process.
- Creamy version: Add 1 tbsp of heavy cream or milk to the pot after the clams have been cooked.

Vegetarian version: Replace the clams with 1 kg of your favourite vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots, or celery.
