如何煮螺CONTENIDO粉?

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of clams, cleaned and sorted
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 3 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 litre of water
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tsp of dried oregano
  • 1 tsp of dried thyme
  • 1 tsp of black peppercorns
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the clams and cook for 10 minutes, or until they are opened.
  2. Remove the clams from the water and set aside.
  3. Add the onion, carrots, celery, olive oil, oregano, thyme, black peppercorns, salt, and black pepper to a large pan or Dutch oven. Sauté for 10 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Add the clams back to the pot and cook for 5 minutes, or until heated through.
  5. Serve hot with crusty bread.

Tips:

  • For a richer dish, add 1 tbsp of chopped parsley or basil to the pan during the sautéing process.
  • You can also add other vegetables, such as potatoes or mussels.
  • Serve with a side of crusty bread, a green salad, or a slice of crusty bread.

Variations:

  • Spicy version: Add 1 tsp of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to the pan during the sautéing process.
  • Creamy version: Add 1 tbsp of heavy cream or milk to the pot after the clams have been cooked.
  • Vegetarian version: Replace the clams with 1 kg of your favourite vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots, or celery.
