如何煮熟豌豆凉粉?
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of dried and cleaned peas
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon of chopped carrots
- 1 tablespoon of chopped celery
- 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 1 tablespoon of chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon of chopped chili peppers (optional)
Instructions:
- Rinse the peas thoroughly and soak them in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Drain the peas and rinse them again.
- In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the drained peas and cook for 10-15 minutes, or until tender and just cooked through.
- Add the salt, black pepper, ground black pepper, onion, carrots, celery, cilantro, lime juice, green onions, and chili peppers (if using).
- Simmer for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the flavors have blended.
- Serve hot with a side of lime wedges.
