如何制作海胆煮鱼?
Ingredients:
- 1 kg fresh sea fish fillets, cleaned and scaled
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh fennel
Instructions:

- Add the sea fish fillets and cook for 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the fish from the pot and set aside.
- Add the onion, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper to the pot and cook for 5 minutes, or until softened.
- Add the fish back to the pot and cook for 5 minutes, or until heated through.
- Add the parsley, dill, and fennel to the pot and cook for 5 minutes, or until heated through.
- Serve immediately with a side of crusty bread.
Tips:
- For a richer dish, use a combination of different fish fillets, such as cod, tuna, and salmon.
- You can also add other vegetables to the dish, such as carrots, celery, or broccoli.
