如何制作香浓的豌豆凉粉?
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of water
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black peppercorns
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground star anise
- 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon of chopped carrots
- 1 tablespoon of chopped green beans
- 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup of peas
- 1/2 cup of dried beans
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Instructions:
- In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the salt, black peppercorns, white pepper, cumin, coriander, black pepper, cloves, star anise, sesame oil, onion, carrots, green beans, cilantro, and parsley.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the peas, dried beans, and vegetable oil.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, or until the peas are heated through.
