如何制作干锅包菜?

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 (15-ounce) can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 (15-ounce) can of diced green beans
  • 1 (10-ounce) can of diced carrots
  • 1 (10-ounce) can of diced potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh basil

Instructions:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes, green beans, carrots, potatoes, and parsley. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
  4. Simmer for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Serve over rice or noodles.

Tips:

  • For a more flavorful dish, add 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh rosemary or thyme to the pot during step 2.
  • Serve with a side of crusty bread for dipping in the flavorful sauce.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
