如何制作干锅包菜?
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 (15-ounce) can of diced tomatoes
- 1 (15-ounce) can of diced green beans
- 1 (10-ounce) can of diced carrots
- 1 (10-ounce) can of diced potatoes
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh basil
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the diced tomatoes, green beans, carrots, potatoes, and parsley. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
- Simmer for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
Tips:
- For a more flavorful dish, add 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh rosemary or thyme to the pot during step 2.
- Serve with a side of crusty bread for dipping in the flavorful sauce.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
